If you need initial clarity and have a good rank, the Basic plan works well. For complete round-by-round support covering all quotas and counselling types, choose Premium. If you want unlimited sessions, a dedicated mentor, and support until you physically report to your college, go with Elite.

Yes — Medaa Consultancy covers both NEET (Medical) and IIT-JEE (Engineering) counselling. Our experts guide NEET students through MCC AIQ, state, and AYUSH counselling, while our JEE specialists handle JoSAA, CSAB, and state engineering counselling rounds.

Yes — you can upgrade from Basic to Premium or Elite at any time. You only pay the difference in plan value. Our team will seamlessly transition your profile and sessions with zero disruption.

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided no more than one counselling session has been conducted. Requests are processed within 5–7 business days. Contact our support team to initiate a refund.

All counselling sessions are available online via video call and phone, so students from across India can access Medaa's services from home. In-person sessions are also available at our Lucknow office by appointment.
